Spencer has an inner drive that makes him a player.  He works hard and is very competitive.  He has stepped up and wants to be a great leader.  He is vocal in practice and challenges guys to work hard.  Spencer is physical and can really score inside.  He also can step out as a big man and knock down perimeter jump shots.
